- The machine base is made of a Meehanite casting that is designed to reduce vibration. The machine base provides stable support to the grinding wheel and regulating wheel assemblies ensuring a rigid machine foundation for better accuracy. Both grinding & regulating wheel spindles are made of NI-CR-MO alloy steel, which is normalized, carbonized ,hardened, and ground. A double inverted"V" slideway with optimum spacing for the regulating wheel assembly provides smooth movement and a stable grinding operation. The regulating wheel utilizes a servo motor which provides infinitely variable speeds. A belt-driven transmission system is also adopted for the regulating wheel for less vibration and noise versus the conventional chain-driven system.

- - INDUCTION MOTOR는 사용전원에 따라 단상모터와 3상모터로 분류가 됩니다. 단상모터에는 주로 콘덴서 운전형 유도전동기 (CONDENSER RUN INDUCTION MOTOR)가 사용되고있습니다만 기동시 뿐만 아니라 운전 중에도 항시 보조권선에 CONDENSER를 사용합니다. 일반적으로 기동 TORQUE는 높지 않지만 구조가 간단하고 신뢰성이 높으며 결선이 간단하며 가정 및 공장에서 사용하기 적합합니다. 단상 INDUCTION MOTOR를 사용할 때에는 반드시 MOTOR 부속품인 CONDENSER를 MOTOR 명판에 표시되어 있는 용량을 맞추어 사용하여 주십시오. - 단상 INDUCTION MOTOR는 회전중에 회전방향을 바꾸려해도 회전방향과 역방향의 TORQUE를 발생하고 있기 때문에 관성부하의 경우에는 부하를 짧은 시간에 역전시키는 것은 불가능하므로 MOTOR를 일단 정지시킨 후에 회전 방향을 교환하여 주십시오. 그러하지 않을 경우에는 모터가 소손 될 수 있습니다.
